Mealtimes are an important opportunity for people to sit down and exchange ideas, so we do our best to make sure the menu and service enhances your meeting experience. The food from our kitchen is always fresh, wholesome and abundant. And while our chef specializes in Texas regional fare, we can cater to a variety of palates. Once your meeting is confirmed, our conference coordinator will discuss all of your menu choices and any special dietary needs for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Themed meals are also available so be sure to let us know if there are any special celebrations for your group. Minimum charges may be added for changes to the menu or special requests.
