Our Complete Meeting Package (CMP) helps eliminate unexpected costs and hassles by taking all of the guesswork out of your final meeting cost. Your all-inclusive package includes:

  • Overnight guest rooms
  • Three meals per 24-hour period, with two snack breaks daily, sweets included
  • Meeting room
  • Notepads, pens, flip charts, whiteboards, and trackable walls
  • Continuous beverage service
  • Audio/visual equipment
  • Conference planning assistance
  • On-premise recreational activities

If necessary, our event coordinator can work with you to modify or customize your group’s Complete Meeting Package.
